Eston is a family name. Our Eston's great-great-great-great-great-grandfather is Thomas Eston Randolph (1767-1842). He lived in England, Antigua, and Virginia before moving to Tallahassee. He moved to Florida in 1829 after the land in Virginia quit yielding good crops.
I have a cousin Eston who grew up in and now lives in Kenya. By clicking on the name Eston in the title, you can see my cousin Eston's entry on the Tropic Air web page.
I have a cousin, Rusty, who has a son named Eston as well. He is a senior in high school in Loveland, CO. We hope Eston will apply to Georgia Tech. :-)
Here is a picture of my mom with Baby Eston.

Another way of seeing the name Eston from my kids' point of view: they have a first cousin, a first cousin once removed, and a second cousin all named Eston. Like their father, they also have an Uncle Randolph with a son named Eston. Clearly a good name.
