Our neighbors have a son named Cole who is 5 months older than Eston. Earlier this summer, Cole and Eston started a daily ritual of meeting at 6pm to chase each other around and scream joyfully. Cole requests these dates by saying, "Eston time! Eston time!", and Eston requests them by running straight to Cole's house each time we get out of the car. Eston's two most frequent words are "mine" and "no". Last week, Cole's mama used the word "mine", and Cole said, "That's what Eston says!" Thankfully, they assured me that Cole has other friends who say "mine" a lot, but Eston is the only friend who gets mentioned by name in Cole's stories. They have a precious friendship!

Having such a great playmate next door is such a treat - for both Eston and you & Randolph! We have great adult neighbors, but I would love a great kid neighbor!
